The Statement of Claim in the lawsuit has been amended.
A copy of the 2nd Amended Statement of Claim is available under Documents.
The class action is brought on behalf of all students and former students of Jack Hulland who were subject to holds and restraints and/or who were locked in a room and/or placed in seclusion between January 1, 2007 and June 30, 2022.
